Dundrum Town Centre Pop-Up

We are located on Level 1 in Dundrum Town Centre, just inside the door via the Mill Pond
Entrance. Our doors are open for a limited time only from Thursday 20 th November to
Sunday 4 th January inclusive

Visiting our pop-up allows you to experience the bags in person in a friendly, luxurious environment. Our team members are also on hand to provide tailored styling advice to help match you with the perfect piece.

Our pop-up will have a bespoke edit that differs to our online edit and features exclusive pieces to the store. If you see something you love, we recommend visiting early!

Absolutely. Every product is carefully inspected by our expert authentication team and verified by Entrupy (where applicable).

Where available, original dust bags, or paperwork will be included. Each product listing in-store will show what is provided.

Yes, our team is available to answer any product queries just email us at dundrum@luxuryexchange.ie and we will make every endeavour to respond as soon as feasible. Unfortunately, we cannot place items on hold.

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also accept Dundrum Town Centre Gift Cards.

We operate on an exchange-only policy for pop-up purchases. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt, provided they are in the exact same condition as sold and with tamper-proof labels intact. Please note, if you wish to receive and exchange, the purchase being returned will need to undergo authenticity and quality checks prior to accepting an exchange. This could take up to 48 hours.

As a short-term pop-up operating with one-off luxury pieces, exchanges help protect stock integrity and keep our collections fresh and fair for all customers.

Yes, we've introduced a Click & Collect option for the duration of the pop-up. Simply purchase online and select 'Dundrum Pop-Up Collection'. Your item will typically be ready within 24 hours.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is prepared for collection. Please note that you will be required to provide this email confirmation when collecting the item.

The same process will apply, however, if the pop-up has ended within 7 days of purchase please contact dundrum@luxuryexchange.ie.

Shipping

At Luxury Exchange, we prioritize both the quality of your purchases and the well-being of the environment. Rest assured that we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition while minimizing our ecological footprint. In specific cases, dedicated packaging will be provided, tailored to the type of item you've selected.

In the product description, we explicitly state if the items are accompanied by the original packaging and documents, provided they are available.

Returns

Your delight is our priority at Luxury Exchange. Should your purchase not meet your complete satisfaction, you are welcome to return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and 1 with all original tags and packaging intact. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payments

Please note that Luxury Exchange is not responsible for any import charges that may be incurred. If you receive an invoice from the customs authorities, it is your responsibility to settle the charges.

Your card will be charged immediately upon the completion of your order.

We recommend verifying that all the details for your selected payment method were entered accurately. If you require any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service team. We are here to provide the necessary support and resolve any issues you may encounter.

To ensure the utmost authenticity, every item that comes into our possession undergoes rigorous scrutiny by industry professionals. In addition to our expert examination, we employ the use of a cutting-edge authentication software called Entrupy, which further enhances our verification process.

Please note that many of our items—particularly vintage pieces—may have had professional colour touch-ups, repairs, or hardware replacements as part of their upkeep over the years. These restorative measures are common with older bags and are carried out to maintain their beauty and functionality.


Such signs of restoration are not considered faults or defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics as part of the item’s history. Returns will not be accepted on this basis.
