• Domestic Shipping (within Ireland): Enjoy fast, tracked delivery on all orders within Ireland. Expected delivery times are typically 3-5 business days.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide, with secure and insured options available to ensure your luxury items arrive in pristine condition. Estimated delivery times and rates will be calculated at checkout.

Orders

Each item in our collection is carefully curated and inspected to meet our high standards. Here's what you can expect with your order:

• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email with all relevant details. Should you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is here to help.

• Tracking Information: When your order is shipped, we'll provide tracking details so you can monitor your parcel's journey in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that purchasing luxury items online requires confidence, and your satisfaction is our top priority.

• Return Policy: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, (items paid for on deposit excluded) we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached.

• How to Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please contact our support team, who will guide you through the process.

• Refunds & Processing Time: Once your item is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Please note all returns will be accepted at the discretion of Luxury Exchange after a full-inspection. We operate as a market-place for private sellers and items for sale are consigned with us by the private-sellers. Items paid for on deposit will not be eligible for a refund.
