Shipping, Orders & Returns

- We provide free shipping throughout Ireland on all orders. International shipping is €20.

- If you order from outside of the EU, the customs bureau of that country may impose fees and/or taxes on your purchase. We are not liable for any customs fees, taxes or import duties.

- Orders outside of the EU are not eligible for refund and items cannot be returned.

- Orders within the European Union are eligible for refund under the following circumstances;

  • We must be informed of your decision to return the item within 24 hours of your item being delivered. This can be communicated via email, Instagram Messenger or Facebook Messenger.
  • We must receive the returned item within seven days of being notified of your intent to return the item.
  • We do not cover return shipping and it is the customers responsibility to insure and track the items return delivery, should there be an issue with the return delivery of the item, we are not liable to follow-up with the postage company used by the customer.
  • While we do not charge for postage, if an item is returned, a €20 charge will be deducted from the refund amount to cover P&P costs.
  • All items are checked meticulously before postage and must be returned in the exact condition they were sent out in and with all parts that were sent out (e.g, boxes, dust bags, etc. must all be returned intact).
  • Our items are sent with a brightly coloured cable-tie label, if this label has been tampered with the item is not eligible to be returned.
  • Upon receiving the item, the refund may take up to 10 days to be processed as we check that the item is compliant with these terms.
  • Once the refund is sent, the time for it to show in your bank account will vary depending on your bank.

- Items sold on lay-away or deposit schemes are not eligible for refund or return.

- Customers who repeatedly purchase to ‘secure’ items during highly anticipated drops or live shows and then ask to cancel orders afterwards will be subsequently blocked from accessing drops and live shows as it is unfair practice.
